Ron Anderson
Ron passed the CPA exam in 1988 and spent his financial and business career in manufacturing. The last thirty years have been as an entrepreneur following his efforts with the USWA in the successful reopening of a closed iron foundry in Sharpsville. After that was the building of an aluminum impact extrusion plant in Quebec as a high point in his career, which was followed up with becoming the President of Wilcox Forging in Mechanicsburg, PA and Wilcox Steel in Green Bay, WI.
After Wilcox Steel was sold in 2010, he founded Anderal Tax & Financial which has now grown to a staff of eight people specializing in small business taxes and financial statement preparation. On the more fun side, Ron enjoys helping Debbie (his wife) in her growing business – LeChic Bath and Gift Boutique.
Fun Fact: After spending 16 years driving a late model racecar as a hobby, I am a lifelong diehard fan of NASCAR and pretty much anything with an engine.

Nichole Craig is a dedicated accounting professional with a strong educational background, holding a BSBA in Marketing from West Virginia University, an MBA from Point Park University, and a BSBA in Accounting from Slippery Rock University. With six years of experience as a fiscal accountant and bookkeeper, she brings expertise in financial management and accounting principles. Beyond her career, Nichole is a devoted wife and mother of three, balancing her professional life with family responsibilities. Passionate about giving back, she actively serves her community as a member of several local organizations. Fun Fact: I enjoy playing Candy Crush and I’m on level 12,529
Andrea Haaz
Andrea is entering her 6th tax season with Anderal Tax and has more than 20 year’s experience with Drake Tax Software. She has a Bachelor of Aeronautical Science and an Associate Degree in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, FL.
Andrea has experience running various small businesses with her husband and experience with QuickBooks Small Business and Real Estate Rentals. She also utilizes her bookkeeping skills for the family owned funeral homes and cemeteries with locations in Hermitage, New Castle, Greenville, and Warren, OH.
Fun Fact: I was a Corporate Pilot for a number of years!
Vickie Tyson
Vickie Tyson received her Associate’s Degree in Accounting and Business Management from ITT Technical Institute. She has been working as a Bookkeeper with additional Accounting work for 8+ years – 4 of these years working for Anderal Tax. Vickie is well experienced and certified in Quickbooks. In addition to her bookkeeping business, she also shares ownership in a hair and nail salon in Newton Falls with 2 sisters.
Originally from Ohio, but had lived in California for 24 1/2 years. She has been married to Steve for 34 years, has 3 daughters and currently has 1 granddaughter, soon to be 2.
Fun Fact: I love to bowl in a league which I enjoy with my Dad!
Carolyn Nimmo
Carolyn studied Accounting at New Castle Business College and began her accounting career in the Accounts Receivable Dept at Lincoln Mercury in New Castle, PA. Her extensive skills and endeavors include working for Reed Business Services in Beaver, Payroll for Diehl Accounting in Butler, Full Charge Financial Bookkeeper for Storage Battery & Electric Co., plus this included learning to sell small engine parts.
Amongst the many skills she also worked at A & B Heating & Plumbing as a full charge bookkeeper performing contract accounting – union payroll – and financials followed by working as an Accountant for Classi-Co Foods/Pizza Joe’s Corporate office. Doing all bookkeeping and financials for 7 stores, she eventually became Owner and Manager of Pizza Joe’s Moon Township & Hopewell for 23 years.
Carolyn is married to David Nimmo, mother of 2 daughters and a son and celebrates 6 Grandchildren & 4 Great Grandsons with whom she loves spending time!
Fun Fact: I love working outside with my flowers & gardens!
